He has led the growth of different cutting-edge software initiations some of which includes ICC (transferred to Attachmate), Pioneer Systems (acquired by Unisys), SecureIT (transferred to VeriSign), and Intelliseek (merged with Nielsen-Buzzmetrics).
Mahendra Vora has held several senior executive positions in numerous Fortune 500 IT firms and serve the panel of Directors in many hi-tech companies. He has extensive working experience in developing Information Technology solutions ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar organizations across the world. Spanning for the past 2 decades, he has significantly contributed to the IT industry in developing and delivering strategies, architecture, and technologies facilitating the transition to distributed and Internet-based computing.

Mahendra Vora has been an honored recipient of Mr. Vora was the recipient of the 2000 “Entrepreneur Deal Maker of the Year” award from the Association for Corporate Growth and has been the finalist for the 2001 and 2002 “Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year” Award. Our CEO, Mr. Kris Nair has rich experience for more than two decades in various sectors and across multiple disciplines. Kris has held leadership roles in many successful Indian and international corporations. He led many global business development teams, mergers and acquisitions, innovative business practice initiatives, and corporate strategic planning.

Kris Nair was instrumental in driving the growth of three different IT companies during the last five years. An expert in corporate development, Kris has successfully managed many M&A deals in the software industry in India.

Kris founded a new software firm, Garnet Infosolutions, which is headquartered in Bangalore. Garnet has since merged with Ascendum. Before founding Garnet, Kris led the Indian operations of an IT services firm and served on the board of an Indian BPO company.

Kris is an Electrical Engineer and has completed various programs in Strategic Business Management at ABB Academy, Zurich, INSEAD and IIM, Ahmedabad. With over 14 years of rich and bountiful experience in BPO and KPO sector, Partho Chatterjee is stalwart for managing operations seamlessly. He has spearheaded and managed various teams and business merger campaigns in Ascendum Group.

Partho’s ability to encompass transitions without hampering the service delivery is incredible. Additionally, he has acquired hands-on experience in new acquisitions along with having expertise in Resource Management and Process Optimization, Transitioning, and Migration. He has been associated with Ascendum Group for more than a decade and currently, leads the offshore operations team of Ascendum Business Solutions in Ahmedabad while transitioning to peak performing status.

A chartered accountant by profession, Arjun Brahmbhatt has distinctive dexterity to identify the business intricacies and offer immaculate solutions for the same. With his experience in outsourcing industries and Ascendum for more than a decade, he has gained expertise on all aspects of management.
